SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Products are shipped within 1 to 5 business days from when the order is placed and are sent via Australia Post or Sendle.
Shipping is free for orders over $99 and are a flat rate of $10 to Aus and $15 to NZ for under $99.
Shipping charges will be calculated by weight upon checkout.

We ship only within Australia and NZ.
Please note, for international delivery, you- the customer may have to pay custom/excise fees on your orders.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
You may pay for your purchases using any major credit card including Visa, Mastercard or American Express and you will receive confirmation of payment via email.
FAULTY GOODS
As all Matushka products are made using natural and raw ingredients you will see slight variations from batch to batch, this is completely normal and due to the nature of the materials and ingredients used to create the products from season to season. However, if you think your product has a serious problem or the packaging is damaged,please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of usage are not considered to be faulty.
RETURNS POLICY
Matushka is committed to providing customer satisfaction.
If your product was damaged during delivery or found to be defective, please return within 14 days for exchange.
Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please send an email to hello.matushka and we will guide you through the process for returning your goods.
We cannot be responsible for returned goods lost in transit so please insure your returned items for your own peace of mind. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing time. Products return without contacting Matushka first will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded.
